When we talk about the standard of our brand, we point out three of our traits: high quality of product, service and process. But when nobody buy it, we are bragging. Our business is about numbers. If we cannot achieve our target number then it seems we fail. No excuse! Bye bye! Sayonara! It means we are out of business! It's better if we have a small business but we have a big number of customers, right?So now, we have the best brand, but how to make it works and marketable? Marketable or not, the decision is in the hand of our customers, period! If most of our customers trust our brand, then utterly it works and ready to get into the market. The winner takes the most! That's the law of the business.
The best strategic plan then would be like this: we have to look for the need or the desire of our customers and find a way how to present our traits at certain levels. Make them involve in our business, grab their trust. By this strategy we are not only developing a word of mouth marketing but also unleashing the ideavirus.
Like it or not, we are in the era of the Customer's Basis Brand where the customers will decide which brand or organization may stand till last and which one may go early.
